How it works

Is the course time-consuming? Well, it all depends on you – what you are willing to put into it, and expect to get out of it. It is designed to fit into your everyday life! Each week is centered on one human value, i.e Trust, Vulnerability, Courage, Mindfulness etc. It is in the spirit of the game that you don’t know what awaits each week. Each week’s content is on a separate, visually crafted web site with a title song.

Each week starts with one or two hours just for yourself. You will get 3 things: an inspirational video talk (mostly TED), a guided meditation, and time for reflection with the opportunity to do some writing. This is the core process of finding out where you are, right now, in your life, and to write it down. Be in a calm space, undisturbed. It’s rejuvenating, with lots of good energy for the rest of the week.

Then we will give you tasks to complete. We call them Events. Except for some special weeks, it is entirely up to you to decide how many events you want/are able to complete. All events relate to the specific human value of that week, and create opportunities to connect with others, to challenge yourself, to look at things differently, even for time out. This is the active part of the course, and it will have a profound impact on how you see and deal with relationships – what you give and should receive from others. And so it goes along, until you reach the last half week of the course, where everything comes together, with a final, unexpected task.

FACILITATED VERSION: as with the online course, much is done by yourself, in your time. Listen to talks, do guided mediations, write and contemplate, do joint activities with your fellow participants, or do action based events by yourself. The camp will fit into everyday life and does not interfere with your studies/work – it is entirely upon you to decide how much to put into it. The group will come together once a week, for 3 hours, to discuss the outcome of each week, the highs and lows we have experienced, and for Lutz to facilitate a personal session based on the human value of that week. The camp is an adventure, and something that will stick for a long time. Lutz is incredible at making people feel safe, cared for, and in turning stones (or rocks) 😉 He is bold at times, yet so soft-hearted, and he grabs your hand when you need it.

That’s all. For now 😉
